CARDIO TENNIS SESSIONS TAKE OFF!
After two weeks of taster sessions Cardio Tennis has 'taken off' at Manor Park and regular sessions will now continue on Mondays 1.30 to 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 to 5.30 p.m. £8 per session if you just turn up on the day but you can enrol as a regular attender. Manor Park Programme
Red and Orange Minis:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4.30 to 5.30 p.m. Saturday 9.00 to 10.00 a.m.
Green Tennis
Monday and Thursday 5.30 to 6.30 p.m.
Teens Tennis
Monday 6.30 to 7.30 p.m. and 7.30 to 8.30 p.m.
Adults Tennis
Tuesday 9.00 to 10.30 a.m. Wednesday 9.30 to 11.00 a.m. and 11.00 to 12.30 p.m.
Ledbury Programme Fridays
Red Minis 4.30 to 5.15 p.m.
Orange Minis 5.15 - 6.00 p.m.
Green Tennis 6.00 to 7.00 p.m.
Teens Tennsi 7.00 to 8.00 p.m.
Adults Monday 10.00 to 11.30 a.m.
